The world has such a large variety of insects each playing a role in the life of our planet. Just beetles alone have approximately 400,000 different species. I have loved insects since I was a child. I would sit in the grass and watch the erratic flight pattern of sod webworm moths as I moved my hands back and forth. I hope showing people how beautiful insects can be will spark curiosity and care for these incredible animals.
